At Etukwaruu, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and securely across India.

We process all orders within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier partner availability.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly displayed at checkout before payment. In some cases, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be mentioned on the product page or checkout page.

After dispatch, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/email/WhatsApp, allowing you to track your order in real time. Please note that tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect.

While we strive to deliver within estimated timelines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, courier issues, remote locations, government restrictions, or high order volumes. In such cases, we are not liable for delays, but we will assist you in tracking your shipment.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, additional verification (OTP or phone confirmation) may be required before dispatch. Orders that are not verified may be cancelled automatically.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, the order may be delayed or cancelled. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

If a package is marked as delivered but not received, you must notify us within 24 hours. We will coordinate with the courier, but we are not responsible for losses once the courier confirms delivery.

In case of failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability or refusal, the order may be cancelled, and future COD orders may be restricted.
