This Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made from our store. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Return Window (14 Days)
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.
Return requests made after 14 days will not be accepted, except where required under applicable law.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible, the item must:
- Be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
- Be returned with original packaging, tags, accessories, manuals, and invoice
- Not show signs of wear, damage, misuse, or tampering
- Be in a condition suitable for resale
We reserve the right to inspect and verify returned items before approving any refund.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Used, installed, or damaged items not due to our fault
- Products missing original packaging or accessories
- Sale/discounted items (unless defective)
- Custom or personalized products
- Electrical/automotive components once opened or installed
- Gift cards
4. Valid Return Reasons (Accepted)
Returns will be accepted only if:
- Item received is defective or damaged
- Item received is incorrect (wrong product/variant)
- Item is significantly different from description
5. Non-Acceptable Return Reasons
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong item ordered by customer
- Minor differences in color, finish, or design
- Delivery delays caused by courier partners

- Returns must be approved before shipping

7. Damaged / Defective Claims (24-Hour Rule)
- Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- Unboxing video is strongly recommended for faster resolution
We may deny claims where:
- Evidence is insufficient
- Damage appears due to misuse or handling after delivery
8. Return Shipping & Fees
- Customers bear return shipping costs, except for valid defective/wrong item cases
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- A restocking fee up to 20% may apply (where legally permissible)
- We are not liable for lost/damaged returns in transit
9. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed after inspection and approval
- Approved refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method
Processing time may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.
We reserve the right to deny refunds if the returned item does not meet eligibility criteria.
10. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
Customers may place a new order after a return is approved.
11. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
12. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy – Fraud Prevention
To prevent misuse of COD services:
- Verification Required: COD orders may require OTP/phone/WhatsApp confirmation
- Right to Refuse/Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel unverified or suspicious orders
- COD Restrictions: Customers with repeated order refusals or fake orders may be restricted to prepaid orders only
- Address Validation: Incomplete or unverifiable addresses may lead to cancellation
- No Open Delivery: We do not support open-box delivery
- Abuse Prevention: Repeated fraudulent activity may result in blacklisting or order denial
13. Consumer Rights (India Compliance)
Nothing in this policy overrides your rights under applicable Indian laws, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Customers retain the right to seek remedies for defective products, deficiency in service, or unfair trade practices.
14. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, to the extent permitted by law.
